L3Harris Technologies in Camden, AR is seeking an Assembler B to work under moderate supervision, following written procedures and detailed verbal instructions to assemble components ready for the next operational level. The 4/10 schedule has employees working 10 hours per day, 4 days a week.

Responsibilities include surface preparation, coating, insulation of casings, and handling of production documentation with strict environmental controls.

Formación

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Performs surface preparation, applies protective coating, insulates casings, casting and operates pressure chambers.
• Manages documentation related to production and handles environmental responsibilities including waste containment and labeling.
• Willing to work other shifts and overtime as needed to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain satellite accumulation areas in a safe and orderly manner and in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Ensure proper handling of hazardous waste and immediate reporting of spills.
• Follow Emergency Procedures/Contingency Plans during incidents and support production demands.
