Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary/Associates degree with 2 years of related experience.
• Preferred: prior manufacturing experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation, apply protective coating, insulate casings, castings, and operate pressure chambers.
• Document production activities and manage waste labeling and containment.
• Work additional shifts and overtime as needed to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain safe satellite accumulation areas and comply with environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with Hazardous Waste Control, arrange transfer of wastes to appropriate areas.
• Report chemical spills and follow Emergency Procedures/Contingency Plans as required.
