Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Assembler B in Camden, AR to assemble components and prepare them for the next operational level under formal written procedures and detailed verbal instructions.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary with 0–2 years of related experience; manufacturing experience is preferred. Willingness to work 10‑hour shifts, four days a week, and overtime as needed to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• Preferred Additional Skills: Previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs surface preparation, applies protective coating, insulates casings, casting and operates pressure chambers.
• Manages production documentation and environmental responsibilities, including waste containment and labeling.
• Available to work other shifts and overtime as needed to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintains satellite accumulation areas in a safe, orderly manner per environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with Hazardous Waste Control Technician for waste movement to appropriate areas.
• Report spills of chemicals/process water to Environmental department immediately.
• Follow Emergency Procedures/Contingency Plan during incidents; perform other duties as needed.
• Promote safety consciousness for personnel and equipment; respirator qualified.
