Job summary

Mancan is hiring for a 2nd shift at our Alliance, OH fabricator. We’re seeking motivated workers to operate presses, lathes, CNC machines, lasers, welders, and general labor tasks, with duties spanning machining, laser cutting, forming, bending, punching and assembly.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or shop experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
• Steel toe boots required.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate machining processes including machining, laser cutting, shearing and stamping.
• Perform forming, bending, punching and assembly tasks.
• Work with steel, aluminum, copper, brass and specialty alloys.
