Job summary

Garan, Incorporated is seeking a Sourcing Intern to assist the Sourcing team with raw materials coordination, sample yardage, and PLM data entry. You'll gain hands-on exposure to fabric and trim development, supplier communication, and product tracking while staying organized and ensuring on-time execution.

You will collaborate with Design, Product Development, Technical Design, and Production, maintain documentation, and help manage SSY requests, swatches, and the raw material library; this

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field or recent graduate.

Responsibilities

• Support SSY requests and tracking; log details and follow up on deliveries.
• Maintain SSY records; organize swatches and save digital files.
• Assist PLM data entry for fabrics and trims (codes, descriptions, tests, supplier info).
• Create and update tracking logs; share status updates with team.
• Prepare development packages and reference charts under guidance.
• Consolidate feedback and distribute recaps to cross-functional partners.
• Maintain raw material library (labeling, filing, inventory, storage).
• Coordinate shipment intake/outbound sample packages.
• Provide general administrative support to Sourcing team.
