Job summary

Friedman Williams seeks an energetic Application Developer to design and build solutions using Microsoft Fabric and SharePoint Online across the Firm. The role is 70% new development and 30% maintenance, emphasizing governance and clear data communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Based in the Knowledge Management team reporting to the Chief Knowledge Officer, you will design and maintain data warehouses and lakehouses, build semantic models, and develop Power BI reports to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
3+ years of software development experience.
Law firm experience is a plus.
Proficiency in data warehousing, analytics, and governance.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain data warehouses and lakehouses in Microsoft Fabric with focus on data integrity.
Use notebooks (Python, SQL) to transform, validate and move data across platforms.
Build and maintain semantic models to support analytics.
Develop and maintain Power BI reports, datasets, and dataflows.
Develop and administer SharePoint Online libraries, lists, views, and workflows.
Support Fabric/SharePoint projects and Enterprise Search initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, DBAs, and vendors on system integrations.
