DVT is seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric Cloud Platform Engineer to establish, automate, and operate the Fabric platform for enterprise clients in the United States and globally. You will build secure, scalable foundations, enforce governance, and collaborate with cloud, security, architecture, and data teams to enable data workloads with Fabric.

The role emphasizes infrastructure as code, security controls, and end-to-end platform reliability, with opportunities to lead engineering

Competenze

• 5+ years of Azure Cloud Engineering experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Azure certifications would be advantageous.
• Terraform and IaC experience essential.
• Hands-on Fabric platform experience with capacities, workspaces, and OneLake.
• Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub).
• Experience implementing Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC and cloud security controls.
• Experience designing Fabric environments across DEV, TEST, PROD.

Mansioni

• Design and implement Microsoft Fabric platform foundations, including capacities, workspaces, OneLake, and configurations.
• Establish DEV, TEST, and PROD environments and deployment strategies.
• Implement IaC using Terraform and related automation tools.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
• Implement identity and access controls using Entra ID and RBAC.
• Integrate Fabric with Azure services and other cloud platforms.
• Develop reusable automation and deployment patterns for consistency and scale.
• Support monitoring, logging, and platform governance; ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to enable workloads and remove barriers.
• Produce technical runbooks and documentation; provide platform architecture guidance.
