Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Materials Developer to oversee fabric development across all seasonal collections. The role involves partnering with Design, Development and Sourcing to translate concepts into viable materials, meeting aesthetic, sourcing and cost goals, and ensuring timely delivery.

The candidate will manage fabric trials, lab dips, trims, and supplier communications while maintaining documentation and meeting seasonal calendars. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical trade school and/or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in material sourcing and development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design, Merch, Development & Sourcing to develop in-season fabrics for Women's line.
• Execute seasonal fabric developments into bulk-ready fabrics meeting quality standards, timelines, costing targets.
