Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly and work with teammates.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks.
• Ability to read a ruler for measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret factory work orders.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Capable of working independently and following through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read Production Floor Traveler and perform fabric covering processes according to specifications.
• Adhere to Burlington Medical Quality Standards.
• Ensure orders are complete and error free before moving to next workstation.
• Process orders FIFO or as directed to maximize flow.
• Clarify questions with Quality Inspector or supervisor.
• Maintain a safe work area following 5S standards.
• Perform and document preventive maintenance tasks.
• Contribute ideas to Continuous Improvement for safety and productivity.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
