• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required by the job.
• Ability to work on several orders simultaneously.
• Basic sewing knowledge and familiarity with sewing machines.
• Must understand the apron-making process and product variations.
• Demonstrates good work ethics and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills with team members.
• Ability to build and maintain strong teamwork relationships.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Read Factory Work Order including special instructions and produce aprons per specifications.
• Tag aprons with correct protection type.
• Ensure orders are complete before moving to the next workstation.
• Suggest improvements to sewing processes and procedures.
• Follow company quality policies and work instructions.
• Maintain FIFO workflow for apron production.
• Clarify any questions with Quality Inspector about work orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and perform basic machine maintenance.
• Develop thorough knowledge of apron-making processes, styles, products, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
