Nuuly Spotting Clerk position in Levittown, PA requires identifying stains on fabrics and selecting the appropriate spotting procedures based on fabric type. You will apply chemical solutions to remove stains and collaborate with team members and management to ensure quality results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Knowledge of textiles.
• Skillful at removing stains and maintaining the integrity of the fabric.
• Must have color vision.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect spot stains to determine their composition and select appropriate solvents.
• Apply chemicals to neutralize the effects of solvents.
• Sprays steam, water, or air over a spot to flush out chemicals, dry material, raise nap, or brighten color.
• Clean fabric using a vacuum or air hose.
• Spread the garment on a worktable and position the stain over the vacuum head or on a marble slab.
• Apply bleaching powder to spot and spray with steam to remove stains from certain fabrics that do not respond to other cleaning solvents.
• Provide training to associates as needed.
• Willingly takes on additional responsibilities to contribute to team success.
