Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on with Microsoft Fabric-based solutions incl. lakehouse/warehouse.
• Experience with Fabric governance, RBAC, data classification, and Purview integration.
• Dimensional modeling and star schema for BI/semantic models.
• Knowledge of Fabric capabilities such as Fabric IQ, Ontology, Graph, Real-Time Intelligence.
• ETL/pipeline solutions using Fabric Notebooks or Dataflow Gen2; dbt for orchestration.
• Fabric platform architecture: workspace, CI/CD, deployment pipelines, backup/DR.
• Experience supporting deal pursuit and architecture documentation.
• 4+ years in SQL/T-SQL and Python, with PySpark/Spark SQL for analytics.
• 4+ years leading AI & Data solution engagements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science/AI.
• Ability to travel up to 50% depending on client work.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of modern data and analytics solutions for client engagements.
• Hands-on Fabric implementation and migration across Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake.
• Mentor junior practitioners and oversee team deliverables.
• Propose architecture, migration patterns, and deal strategies.
• Collaborate across distributed teams and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Stay current with Fabric capabilities and apply to client value.
