Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and service manuals.
• Willingness to cross-train and work overtime as needed.
• Must maintain a strong work ethic and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Attend training regarding applicable equipment.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Assist in loading fabricated rebar on trailers and unloading stock material from trailers.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition.
• Operate production machines following established procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold safety culture.
• Cross-train on multiple machines.
• Operate rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, cranes, forklift, threaders, forging, welders, etc.).
