Ecolab in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Office Administrator to provide professional administrative and operational support for the Ovivo Chandler Fab Shop. The role collaborates with the Fab Shop Manager to keep daily operations organized and to maintain accurate documentation across departments.

You will handle reports, purchasing, time tracking, and vendor invoicing while ensuring safety procedures and orderly workspaces.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years administrative experience in production, manufacturing, or design environments or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish priorities with accuracy.
Ability to respond to sensitive inquiries with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

Organize and prioritize daily administrative work and adjust plans as needed.
Prepare, type, format, and produce reports, correspondence, memos, and confidential documents.
Coordinate cross-departmental correspondence and ensure documentation is complete.

Enter material requests into Syteline and prepare purchase orders.
Support finance activities by obtaining approvals and filing vendor invoices.
