Job summary

Tolin Mechanical in Denver is seeking an experienced Material Handler to join the Denver Branch Fab Shop. You will support the logistics team, assist field technicians, and help keep the Fab Shop organized and safe.

The role requires forklift certification, physical stamina, and a proactive team orientation. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, reporting status, operating lifts, and ensuring a secure, clean work environment while coordinating with internal departments and

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours and long distance driving in the mountains
• Ability to drive defensively
• Material handling experience
• Knowledge of Denver metro area
• Experience and demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal departments, vendors, and customers
• Certification to operate a forklift

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing materials and equipment
• Status reporting on all matters affecting service operations
• Use of assistive devices such as hoists and lifts
• Use of protective devices such as padding, and straps
• Ensuring a safe work environment
• Operation of company vehicles to deliver / pick up materials to and from field techs and other branches
• Securing building before and after business hours
• Supporting logistics team with other tasks as needed
• Internal relations and collaboration with other teams
• Keeping the Fab Shop clean and tidy
