Visioneering, Inc. is hiring a General Laborer for our fab shop. The role supports Welders and Fitters, focusing on shop organization, material movement, basic preparation, and production flow in a precision environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or recognized equivalent is required.
• Ability to work with and without supervision is expected.
• Clear and consistent communication with the team is essential.
• Commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in movement of materials or equipment within the facility.
• Grind and deburr weldments.
• Clean up work areas from hazardous or obsolete material.
• Use power tools and machinery as needed.
• Assist Fitters with setup.
• Follow safety protocols and housekeeping requirements.
• Achieve quality and production goals.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and ITAR compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
