Job summary

North Mechanical Contracting and Service, based in Indianapolis with a Lebanon location, is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Fabrication Department. This full-time role supports project managers with setup, documentation, cost entry, purchasing, and billing coordination.

You will work with project teams and Accounts Receivable to keep information accurate and on track, while developing strong construction administration and coordination skills.

• Prepare purchase orders and subcontract documents.
• Assist with submittals and O&M documentation.
• Process change orders and associated budget revisions.
• Track administrative deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Fabrication Department at our Lebanon location. This is a full-time position supporting our project teams.

In this role, the Project Coordinator will support Project Managers with project setup, documentation, job cost entry, purchasing paperwork, and billing coordination. This position works with project teams and Accounts Receivable to keep project information accurate, organized, and moving forward.
