Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability for 12-hour shifts (3x4 or 4x3) with overtime flexibility.
• Experience with data interpretation or Statistical Process Control concepts preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, cleanroom, or high-reliability environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage semiconductor equipment and monitor wafer fabrication processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize workstations and troubleshoot issues.
• Review process indicators and identify abnormal conditions using dashboards and SPC data.
• Document production and process data to support yield, quality, and traceability.
