Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of probe manufacturing procedures, processes, or data systems.
• Familiarity with working with automated systems and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot process problems and address root causes.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Experience with MTSPC and/or SPACE systems.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off).
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to run projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance.
• Supervise equipment performance and area efficiency.
• Monitor and use applications to improve tool usage and efficiency.
• Identify capacity constraints and escalate when needed.
• Verify tool qualifications and restart failed qualifications.
• Perform Clean and Inspections (C&I) on area equipment.
• Monitor SPC charts and respond to deviations.
• Investigate root causes of quality deviations and report findings.
• Coordinate CPI changes and tool/card adjustments as needed.
• Use AI-enabled tools to analyze data and improve productivity.
