• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve routine problems independently.
• Perform machine setups and changeovers as required.
• Maintain production documentation and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions, keep areas clean and organized.
• Assist with training and mentoring new operators.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with the team.
