Job summary

Wenger Manufacturing, LLC, a JBT Marel company, is seeking a skilled Fab Operator/Machine Operator to join our Memphis manufacturing team. You will operate production machinery, monitor processes, and help ensure quality products in a safe, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include machine setups, changeovers, process adjustments, basic maintenance, and accurate documentation while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
