CSUDH Toro Auxiliary Partners is seeking a Fab Lab and Software Instructional Technician intern for the CA campus. The role is part‑time/non‑exempt, paying $18.00–$20.00 per hour, DOE, and requires lifting up to 50 pounds and Saturday availability.

Level 1–3 positions offer structured hands‑on training in fabrication tech, coding instruction, and event support. Applicants must be undergraduates with an interest in STEM education.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student in good academic standing.
• GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Must pass a background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Learn the use of software, programs, applications, and equipment to help participants.
• Lead hands-on instruction in 3D Printing, Vinyl Cutting, and Coding activities.
• Operate and assist students with fabrication equipment.
• Set up and break down equipment and learning stations.
• Support students during coding clubs, fabrication workshops, and hands‑on STEAM activities.
