Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in facilities or project teams.
• Experience with BIM, scheduling, and progress tracking tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own execution for assigned construction areas within the factory.
• Coordinate and drive delivery of MERFEI systems from construction through commissioning.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure area requirements are met.
• Deliver results meeting safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Collaborate with suppliers, Design & Engineering, Project Management Office, Fab Operations, and stakeholders.
• Identify issues, assess risk, and drive corrective actions.
• Advance multiple activities in a fast-paced construction environment.
