Job Responsibilities

The Test Technician performs disassembly, assembly, re-work, and testing of electrical/electronic equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance as required. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies, and completing required training. The role involves following detailed instructions, working within a team, and supporting efficiency projects. Overtime may be required to meet production demands.

Physical and Job Requirements

• Approximately 80% sitting, 20% standing/walking.
• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and physical exertion, including lifting, bending, and climbing as needed.
• Work may involve exposure to noise, chemicals, and uneven surfaces.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing/testing preferred.
