Job summary

Quecon, Inc. is seeking Engineers (Systems, Test, Network, Software, and related disciplines) to support the Federal Aviation Administration in New Jersey. This full-time, on-site role requires collaboration with FAA teams at the William J. Hughes Technical Center in Egg Harbor Township and offers opportunities across multiple engineering domains to meet mission goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Master’s in Engineering.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating environment.
• Ability to interpret system requirements, interface specifications, and configuration documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise in applying state-of-the-art and aging technology to meet mission requirements.
• Provides second-level engineering technical support for NAS programs and systems including air traffic data analysis, pilot and ATC information processing, systems engineering, and network engineering.
• Supports engineering processes, reengineering, and may assist with specialty engineering, human factors, risk mitigation, reliability, and systems security.
• Provides recommendations to project, operations, and engineering teams.
• Coordinates with internal and external SMEs on program or functional area.
• Participates in program reviews and meetings as applicable.
