Job summary

HEICO Component Repair Group seeks a Quality Control Inspector to perform Return to Service inspections on aircraft accessory components, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures. The role requires an active Airframe (A) license or prior Repairman Certificate and experience in component inspections.

Responsibilities include final inspections, documentation review, audits, and coordinating with technical staff to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• FAA regulations and company procedures knowledge required.
• Experience with FAA Part 145 Repair Station operations preferred.
• Repairman Certificate or Airframe (A) license required or held.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections and issue Return to Service authorizations for repaired components.
• Ensure work complies with FAA regulations, Repair Station and QC Manual, Customer Requirements, and CMMs.
• Review maintenance records, test data, and documentation for accuracy.
• Conduct audits and inspections of work-in-progress and final assemblies.
• Identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records.
• Coordinate with technicians, production, and QA to ensure timely delivery.
• Support internal and external audits.
