Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use electric soldering equipment to IPC‑A‑610B Class 3 standard.
• Cut, prepare and pre‑tin wires, prepare batteries, apply conformal coat, marking and adhesive bonding.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Complete work according to instructions, specifications and procedures, under supervision.
• Perform complex mechanical and electro‑mechanical assembly operations per instructions.
• Inspect own and others’ work for accuracy per drawings.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workstation adhering to 6S standards.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and safety record.
• Adhere to company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments with duties and training as needed.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by Lead Tech/Supervisor.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Assembler 2 position performs disassembly, assembly, re‑work, and minimum testing of various electrical/electronic equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use electric soldering equipment to the IPC‑A‑610B, Class 3 standard.
• Cut, prepare and pre‑tin wires, prepare batteries, apply conformal coat, marking and adhesive bonding.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Complete work according to instructions, specifications and procedures, under direct and/or limited supervision.
• Perform a variety of complex mechanical and/or electro‑mechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and procedures.
• Conduct inspection of own and/or other associates work to insure correctness in accordance with company and/or customer drawing.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation adhering to 6S standards.
• Maintain an acceptable attendance and safety record.
• Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Additional job duties and tasks as needed.
• Assist other departments with job duties, tasks, training, and development as needed.
• Complete additional job duties and tasks as assigned and instructed by Lead Tech/Supervisor.
