Responsibilities

• Assemble/disassemble and test aircraft components per procedures.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and rework components to return to service per FAA regulations.
• Set up, operate, calibrate and maintain assembly and hand soldering equipment.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
• Lead the team to deliver high-quality production within tight deadlines.
