Job summary

System One, Inc. seeks an experienced Traveling Electrician to support FAA infrastructure upgrades across the U.S. This fully travel-based role will deploy to airports and federal facilities nationwide, performing electrical installations and system upgrades.

Requirements include 5+ years as an Electrician and an active Journeyman license, with travel up to 100% and overtime during deployments. Per diem and travel reimbursement are provided as part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade FAA systems including ILS, PAPI and radar equipment
• Perform underground and above-ground electrical installations
• Conduct trenching, conduit installation and site infrastructure work
• Operate construction equipment (bobcat, mini excavator, ditch witch)
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specs
• Follow safety protocols and quality control
• Travel nationwide 100% and adapt to deployment schedules
