Job summary

Parsons seeks an Electronics Technician III to support the FAA under the TSSC-5 contract. The role covers installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of NAS electronic systems nationwide, with supervision by senior technicians and engineers.

You will read schematics, wiring diagrams, and FAA orders, document actions, and ensure safety and quality procedures. Travel up to 100% within the USA is required, and a background check will be performed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Background check by federal authorities will be performed.
• Five+ years of working knowledge of electronics and RF.
• Proficiency with standard electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, and test electronic systems per drawings and installation standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems at unit/board/module level using test equipment.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and FAA procedures; document actions.
• Provide redline/as‑built information to senior technicians or engineers.
• Follow safety, security, and quality practices on FAA sites.
