Parsons is seeking an Electronics Technician III to support FAA TSSC‑5 under the Federal Solutions team. You will install, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic systems across NAS facilities, with travel nationwide. Expect to read schematics, use test equipment, and document actions while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Five plus years of working knowledge of basic analog and digital electronics.
• Fundamentals of RF and communications equipment.
• Use of standard electronic test equipment (DMMs, basic scopes, signal generators).
• Read and interpret basic schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and standard procedures.
• Work safely in field, shop, and facility environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, test, and repair electronic systems and equipment for NAS support.
• Troubleshoot to unit, board, or module level; use test equipment for performance checks.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals; document actions.
• Assist with field installations and site work under guidance.
• Configure power, grounding, and interconnections per drawings.
• Maintain calibration and handle equipment per procedure.
• Document maintenance logs, service tickets, and test results.
