Job summary

Contour Airlines is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on our fleet. You will work to FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company policies while maintaining the highest safety standards.

This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and effective communication with technicians, supervisors, pilots, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Must have FAA A&P certification and be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong reading, writing, and interpretation of maintenance manuals and FAA regulations.
• Demonstrated teamwork and effective communication in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and utilize maintenance manuals, blueprints, and FAA documents to troubleshoot and complete tasks.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections and repairs of aircraft per FAA standards.
• Document maintenance actions accurately in logs and records.
• Run diagnostics, interpret results, and implement corrective actions.
• Safely operate power/hand tools and coordinate with team for timely aircraft return to service.
