Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet seeks a Quality Assurance Inspector to oversee inspections on maintenance and alterations, ensuring airworthiness and compliance with FAA standards. This role may involve hands-on maintenance tasks and direct customer support, with travel for AOG maintenance as required.

The candidate should have an FAA A&P certificate and substantial experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work within RSQCM and FAA data.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate required.
• 5+ years of aircraft maintenance and alteration experience preferred.
• Familiar with FAR 43, FAR 145 and FAR 91 requirements.
• Experience with inspection methods, data and correct action.
• FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred.
• FAR Part 135 and RTS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect aircraft maintenance and alterations for quality and airworthiness and approve return to service.
• Follow FAA, RSQCM and approved data; maintain safety and quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the work scope and airworthiness requirements.
• Support customer and vendor communications; travel for AOG maintenance as needed.
• Provide maintenance records and mentor others; work assigned shift and overtime.
