Job summary
Dassault Falcon Jet in Reno, Nevada is seeking a full-time Quality Control Inspector responsible for inspecting aircraft maintenance and alterations for quality and airworthiness, and approving return to service under FAA guidelines.
The role may involve aircraft maintenance, travel to off-site locations, and collaboration with production teams; candidates should have a mechanics certificate with A&P ratings and 3+ years of experience.
Qualifications
- Mechanics certificate with Airframe and Power Plant ratings.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance and alterations of turbo fan powered business aircraft.
- Familiar with FAA inspection methods and return-to-service processes.
- Able to work unsupervised for extended periods.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Willingness to travel to off-site locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections to ensure quality and airworthiness and approve return to service.
- Coordinate with Crew Chief and QA for maintenance tasks.
- Travel to off-site locations to support customer aircraft.
- Perform basic mechanical/electrical removals and installations and document work.
