Job summary

Game Aerospace is seeking a Certification Engineer in Bentonville, AR to lead FAA Part 23 certification efforts. You will work with design, systems, and production engineers, DERs, and the ACO to keep programs on track toward certification.

Ideal candidates hold a ABET-accredited Bachelor's in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of FAA certification experience, and are proficient with modern PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• 4+ years’ experience leading FAA certification programs.
• Experience using modern project management software.
• Experience creating professional and efficient written reports based on technical subjects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage project certification strategy.
• Collaborate with design, system, and production engineers on topics related to Part 23 type certification.
• Manage complex project schedules which includes planning, updating, and reporting on milestone progress.
• Create, review, and submit reports related to product safety and certification.
• Organize and catalogue certification documentation in an efficient and reliable manner.
• Lead and facilitate meetings related to design, testing, and certification work.
