Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED; preferred aviation AS degree and A&P license.
• At least 5–7 years as aircraft A&P mechanic with inspector experience.
• Experience interpreting FAA/work package instructions and specs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out aircraft inspections, verifying documentation per process.
• Prepare reports on maintenance services and supplier performance.
• Perform stock re-inspections and shipping inspections.
• Monitor and verify quality per control processes.
• Ensure inspections meet FAA requirements and internal procedures.
• File work orders and inspection forms for quick retrieval by Chief Inspector.
• Conduct preliminary and final inspections on repaired items.
