Qualifications

• 5+ years of Load Balancing and Network Engineering experience.
• Experience in Incident support with high severity incidents and vendor coordination.
• Strong customer-facing communication and ITIL familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming incident tickets to restore service within SLAs.
• Create/modify configuration changes per Change Management procedures.
• Troubleshoot traffic management incidents and document restorations.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Architecture and clients on design requirements.
• Document, monitor, troubleshoot and evaluate network/infrastructure systems.
