Job summary

iShift is seeking an experienced F5 Network Engineer / Migration Specialist to support enterprise network migration projects in the United States. The role focuses on migrating F5 configurations to F5 BIG-IP platforms, configuring HA, SSL, and network services, and supporting production cutovers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP appliances and TMOS configurations.
• Experience migrating F5 configurations between platforms or versions.
• Strong knowledge of load balancing, application delivery, and traffic management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute F5 appliance migration projects from existing F5 hardware, VE, or third-party platforms.
• Collaborate in discovery sessions, kickoff meetings, reviews, and migration planning.
• Review network diagrams and requirements to develop migration plans.
• Install and configure F5 BIG-IP appliances, licensing, and software provisioning.
• Configure VLANs, Self IPs, routing, NAT/SNAT, and network connectivity.
