Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a leader in aircraft engines and aerospace systems, seeks a Senior Supply Chain leader to shape long-term roadmaps for F135 sustainment and optimize production and materials flow across Production and Eagle Supply.

You will collaborate with Industrial, Eagle Supply, and Sustainment Operations to meet KPIs, identify risks, and develop contingency plans. This role is U.S.-based with emphasis on leadership, analytics, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in logistics, operations or related field.
• 10 years of logistics/warehousing/supply chain experience, or 7 years with advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops long-term business roadmaps and evaluates F135 sustainment material trends.
• Aligns Production and Eagle Supply capacities with takt time to reduce bottlenecks and balance workloads.
• Tracks progress with visual LOB charts and project controls; compiles weekly updates for leadership.
• Collaborates across Industrial, Eagle Supply and Sustainment to meet KPIs.
• Identifies threats and develops contingency plans for supply chain or production interruptions.
