PRATT & WHITNEY, a RTX business, seeks an Integrated Product Team Lead for the F135 Fan Engine Ice Protection System and Actuation IPT. You will own part-level scope, guide the IPT from design through field support, and ensure milestones and program goals are met.
You will lead risk management, reviews, and coordination with customers and senior leadership, while traveling ~10% to support engine tests and validation activities.

We are seeking an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the critical F135 Fan Engine Ice Protection System (EIPS) and Actuation IPT. Based within the Compression Systems Engineering (CSE) organization, you will be responsible for rotating parts within the Fan module and guiding the team from initial design through field support to deliver next-generation military propulsion milestones.
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. Compensation packages include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, employee scholar program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Additional incentive programs may be available based on position level and collective‑bargaining agreements.
