Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Project Engineer / Control Account Manager (CAM) to support the Control & Diagnostic Systems on the F135 program. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and performing detailed budget and schedule analyses to ensure program objectives are met.

Qualified candidates have a STEM degree and substantial engineering experience, with preference for CAM background and agile/project management tool exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• 5 years of engineering experience or 3 years with an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain project plans, schedules, resource requirements and budgets for assigned projects.
• Track and present progress reports relating to the project(s) and ensure established targets are met.
• Partner with PMO, CIPTs, and IPTLs for scope planning, data needs, monthly contract deliverables and milestone tracking.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities for projects and communicate mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Support IPTL in the execution of deliverables and monthly earned value reporting to identify and resolve obstacles.
• Manage external resource requirements as applicable.
• Ensure full compliance with standard work, IP, and export requirements.
