This involves validation strategy ownership and extensive testing to meet performance and regulatory standards. Your hands-on experience with high-voltage hardware and ability to work to a race calendar are vital in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1+ years with a Master's/PhD.
• Hands-on experience with power electronics or high-voltage hardware.
• Practical laboratory competence with testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own validation strategy for ERS electronic hardware.
• Execute functional and performance test campaigns.
• Lead failure investigation and root-cause analysis.
