Job summary

Acura North Scottsdale is seeking a Financial Services Consultant to drive revenue by selling finance and insurance programs to new and used vehicle customers. You will work with customers and staff to build relationships and bridge disconnects in the sales process.

The role requires selling F&I products, maintaining lender relations, and processing financing and title paperwork in a timely, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent required; two to three years related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• AFIP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sells finance and insurance products to customers.
• Builds rapport to develop referrals and customer network.
• Processes paperwork for vehicle financing and title work accurately.
• Explains aftermarket products and extended warranties to customers.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations in finance activities.
• Maintains lender relationships and supports funding timelines.
