Job summary

Acura North Scottsdale is seeking a Financial Services Consultant to assist customers with finance, insurance and aftermarket options. The role emphasizes accuracy in deal processing and delivering exceptional experiences for every customer.

You will work with a team to provide competitive financing solutions while staying compliant with regulations and company policies. Experience in auto financing is preferred and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 2–3 years related experience or training.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred; 3–5 years related experience.
• AFIP Certification is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Explain and help customers understand finance, insurance and aftermarket options.
• Process finance and lease deals accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Educate customers and collaborate with sales team to optimize the financing experience.
• Maintain knowledge of current programs and benefit offerings for customers.
