• Be proficient with title laws and registration process
• Maintain required certifications
• Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepare paperwork and deliver deals
• Audit deals Post-Sale
• Ensure expeditious funding of contracts
