Salary Range: $36,500 – $210,000+ (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Follow a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department’s overall profitability and product penetration.
• Work well within a team environment.
• Ensure the timely flow of finance department documentation.
• Ensure efficient and accurate turnaround on deals.
• Support sales department goals.
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with lenders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous hands‑on Finance Manager experience at an automotive dealership.
• Experience selling new and used vehicles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Broad range of product knowledge.
• Hands‑on experience in finance at an auto dealership.
• Ability to calculate figures and finances.
• Engage customers early in the sale.
• Pass a criminal background screening.
• Pass a drug test.
