Grubbs Family of Dealerships seeks an experienced Finance Manager (F&I) to guide customers through financing and maximize back-end gross while delivering a transparent experience. You will maintain compliance, secure lender approvals, and ensure accurate paperwork, with a focus on high CSI and customer trust. Automotive F&I experience is strongly preferred, with a customer-first approach and integrity.

Qualifications

• Automotive F&I experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of strong per-copy and product penetration.
• Thorough knowledge of F&I compliance and lender requirements.

Responsibilities

• Present financing options, products, and protection plans to customers using a consistent process.
• Structure deals to maximize front and back gross while ensuring full compliance.
• Secure lender approvals and manage lender relationships to close tough deals.
