Legends Global is seeking a Server to provide exceptional guest service in the bar and restaurant areas at the Winstar World Casino. The role emphasizes team collaboration and a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have prior restaurant serving or waitering experience in a fast-paced setting and familiarity with POS systems. This onsite position aligns with casino service standards and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction.
• Provide personal service and attention to detail that exceed expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, and beers.
• Work as a team with associates and other service departments within the casino.
• Clear/clean tables and run food; assist service staff as needed.

The Role

The Server position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in bar and/or restaurant area.

• Ability to interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction.


• Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations.


• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.


• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within casino.


• Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.


• Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned


• Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the casino.


• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Compensation

• Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.


• Pay rate $3.50 per hour
