Job summary

Arcis Golf's Ancala Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a hard-working, dependable F&B supervisor to support service operations across banquet and club dining experiences. You will lead banquet staff, ensure high service standards, and coordinate with the Executive Chef for seamless food execution.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of banquet or F&B supervisory experience, outstanding guest service skills, and a willingness to learn restaurant and bar operations.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years banquet and/or F&B supervisory experience.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Proven experience supervising banquet staff in an event setting; outstanding customer service.
• Willing to learn and perform restaurant & bar services; flexible evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains and monitors assigned staff to meet department and location standards.
• Interacts with guests to promote F&B facilities, products and services; ensures guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef to ensure seamless execution of food and maintain quality.
• Oversees F&B outlets during service and manages inventory, cleanliness and organization.
• Controls F&B costs including payroll, equipment, supplies and products.
