Job summary

The Sports Facilities Companies is seeking an F&B Supervisor at Romulus Athletic Center in Romulus, MI. You will lead daily food & beverage operations across the venue’s restaurant, concessions, and events to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring leadership in fast-paced environments, strong communication, and a focus on food safety and sanitation. This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends to support events.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in high-volume food and beverage, concessions, or events.
Experience supervising a team to execute shifts successfully.
Strong customer service leadership and guest experience focus.
Action-oriented with efficiency and problem-solving mindset.
Food safety leadership and adherence to standards preferred.

Responsibilities

Directly align with SFM values and goals.
Oversee daily production, prep, and presentation across restaurant, concessions, and events.
Train, mentor, and supervise food & beverage staff.
Open, supervise, operate, and close locations as needed.
Monitor quality control and inventory, including weekly counts.
Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance; manage health practices.
Coordinate inventory and supply ordering for events and venues.
Handle equipment repair needs and safety inspections.
